Although we advise businesses to own their own domain(eg. www.yourownname.com), we do have an alternative for you to host in our site as well at only RM 50/year.

Q2. I am not running a business, but I want to upgrade my computer and apply for streamyx. Can you help me?
Answer: Yes, we do cater for home users as well. We do provide computer service and streamyx application.

Q3. Can you come to my place for computer service or other related matter? Is there any charges?
Answer: We at Mega IT Solution is very competitive in terms of price. Yes, we operate on on-site service basis. If you need any assistance on any IT related service we provide normal phone support at absolutely no cost. On-site service starts from RM40 onwards.

Q4. Is there any warranty on your services?
Answer: Yes, we do. We provide 1 month warranty on all our computer service. Should you have any similar problem again within our warranty period we shall sort it our for free.(Note: This does not cover virus attack and act-of-God eg. flood, fire, lightning etc) Web Design service is covered with one year warranty on bugs & other related problems.

Q5. Why is that there is a Home Plans service(eg. Bungalow Architecture Plans, M&E service) which is not directly linked to IT Services provided by MegaITSolution?
Answer: We're currently tying up with a Architecture firm and the founder himself is a Mechanical Engineer who is actively involved in building services. If you need any assistance on your building plans you may always enquire anytime. Bungalow Home Plans is a joint venture with Neuhomes Home Plans (http://www.homeplans.com.my). We have a strong team working on draftings, consultancy as well.
